Modell exempel: jag flyger till Borlänge när Borlänge tornet är stängt. Det betyder att det är ingen CTR upprättad. Men är Borlänge TMA upprättad i så fall?

Och hur är det faktisk i Västerås? När tornet är stängt, får vi flyga upp till 4500, eller måste vi stanna under 1500? Det är TMA Stockholm, men Sector Västerås med klarering på Hässlö's frekvens 130.60. :geek:
